Dsusuma - BIO

Daniel Susuma a.k.a dsusuma is a self taught artist since his childhood. While pursuing his diploma in water supply engineering, dsusuma became fascinated with drawings and paintings much of what his ability and creativity has been encouraged from interaction and observation from other great artists. His favourite forms of medium that he uses to express his ideas are pencils or charcoal on paper and paints on canvas or other surface materials.

His contemporary artworks are inspired by social events in the society which he depicts as social comment.  Apart from this, dsusuma is also a portraitist with clients who commission him regularly.

Dsusuma has conducted big projects with companies; great and famous people such as government leaders, bongo fleva and movie artists. He has also taken part in the 8^th EASTFAB artist movement; the biggest art show in East Africa and therefore he gained a lot of exposures and inspirations to having and looking forward for more opportunities in visual art training inspire of doing arts as talent; and so in 2017 dsusuma joined the university of Dodoma and now he is pursuing bachelor degree in Fine Arts and Design.
